Since I joined the automatic replenishment program, not only have I enjoyed the cost benefits of the program, but I have increased my intake and found a new happy medium where I get what I think is the best benefits of taking Loins Mane daily.
As I had a surplus at one point, and I had a fresh delivery on the way, I had the joy of giving away an unused tub to one who could potentially benefit greatly from taking Lions Mane for herself. Bought a jar of the Shroom Elixir Night from the April 2025 Go Green Expo based off a recommendation by another exhibitor (Botanical Balance). So glad I tried this—for the last two nights I've been taking it, I finally beat my insomnia. Best sleep I had in years! Even my fitness tracker can't agree more. I was able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep till daylight.
I normally put this Shroom Elixir in a warm protein/collagen tonic composed of bone broth, lemon, ginger, moringa powder, ionic potassium. Super yum! I'll probably try it with my miso with spirulina concoction next time.
The Powder goes great with all my meals. Definitely will be ordering this again.
