Pink Oyster (Pleurotus djamor) naturally grows on hardwood trees such as oak but we cultivate them on pine sawdust. Pink Oyster produces more beneficial carbohydrates or specifically polysaccharides such as Beta glucans. This unique bioactive material can have positive effects against diseases, allergies, and inflammation.

Oyster mushrooms are mild-tasting, and readily absorb other flavours.To get the smokey flavour and aroma, sear Pink mushroom. Roasting this beautiful mushroom gives a more sweet, salty and umami taste with caramelised, nutty, buttery flavours. Pink Oysters as like as other oysters go well when chopped up and added to a stir-fry.
