They are the only natural plant source to contain vitamin D, an essential nutrient for strong bones. This powder includes Shiitake (40%) and Oyster Mushrooms (40%) enhanced by Turkey tail Mycelium (20%). These mushrooms provide huge health benefits, mainly supporting immune system functions, reducing inflammation and acting as antioxidants and anti-cancer. 

     

    The Power of Turkey Tail Mycelium

    Turkey Tail Mycelium helps promote immune function, and its prebiotics supports a healthy microbiome. In our facility, a slow heat-treated technique ensures the optimised health-supporting power of the mushroom mycelium. Turkey tail's extracellular metabolites are a potent compound produced by its mycelium cells and successfully used to treat Flu viral infections. To maximise the benefits of this powder, the metabolites were added to the dried mushroom before grinding.
    We use brown rice as substrate to grow Turkey tail mycelium. Cooked brown rice contain niacin or vitamin B-3 and Thiamin or vitamin B-1. Brown rice is a good source of magnesium, Potassium, phosphorus, and selenium and is high in fibre.

    Oyster and Shiitake Mushrooms 

    We hand-pick, dry and grind fruiting bodies (stem and cap) of Oyster and Shiitake mushrooms. Shiitake mushrooms have been prized for thousands of years for their rich smoky flavour and nutritional properties. Shiitake mushrooms contain three compounds, Eritadenine, Sterols and Beta Glucans, which help to lower cholesterol. People who consume Shiitake often have less plaque on their artery walls and lower cholesterol levels than those who don't eat the mushrooms.

    Oyster and Shiitake powder is high in fibre and nutrients, a food additive and dietary supplement that can significantly improve immune markers quickly. 

    The polysaccharides in Oyster and Shiitake, including lentinan, are said to have an anti-cancer effect. They may help to fight tumours by activating the immune system and inhibiting the growth and spread of specific cancerous cells.

    Shiitake mushrooms contain a powerful antioxidant, L-ergothioneine, which helps to prevent cell breakdown and exfoliate the skin. They are also a rich source of the natural skin brightener, Kojic acid, which can fade sunspots and acne scarring. The eritadenine and b-glucan in Grey and Pink Oyster and Shiitake mushrooms have fat-reducing properties.

    Suggested Use

    The freshness of our products is always guaranteed. Adults take 1/2 tsp. 1-3 times daily, which can be mixed into your favourite food or beverage. Store in a cool and dark place.

    Other Ingredients

    It contains dried myceliated brown rice. Before inoculating with Turkey tail mushroom mycelium, the brown rice was boiled for 10-15 minutes for significant starch reduction.
