Grey Oyster(150g)-Fresh

Grey (Italian) Oyster (pleurotus pulmonarius) mushroom originally grows on hardwood trees such as oak but we cultivate them on pine sawdust well. Italian Oyster produces more beneficial carbohydrates or specifically polysaccharides such as Beta glucans. This unique bioactive material can have positive effects against diseases, allergies, and inflammation.

Meal options: It has mild flavour and earthy aroma, like most mushrooms, the Italian Oysters go well when chopped up and added to a stir-fry. They go well with fish, lamb, pork, and vegetarian dishes.
